How do I know I received a check in request?

The application check in screen displays a message alerting you. You also see a push notification advisory in your push notifications window. Reminders are also sent as text messages. Each time an alert type is received you will need to make an audible sound. Make sure your device is switched on and the volume control for alerts is loud enough. If you have your device set to vibrate, the application won’t be audible.

When will I receive check in requests?

You will receive check in alerts via push notifications and text messages. From the moment you receive a check in request you have a limited time to complete a
check in. Respond as promptly as you can.

I’m logged in and the screen says “No Check In Required.” What do I do now?

No action is necessary when the application displays this status. The application alerts you with a notification and a beep when a check in is necessary.
