At this time it is not possible to perform a check in from a landline telephone.
Contact your case manager and discuss. It is possible to use Guardian with the smartphone on vibrate so that audible alerts do not interfere with the workplace environment. However, check ins are your responsibility. Missing a check in because you were not aware of the request is not an excuse and there will likely be consequences.
Contact your case manager and let them know as soon as possible. You can download the application on another smartphone device and log in using your original smartphone number and PIN. The new device will receive all requests and you will be able to complete check ins as normal. If the device is not assigned to your original smartphone number, you won’t receive SMS related reminders or be able to retrieve your PIN.
Your phone needs to be be charged and the application needs to be running at all times. Contact your case manager directly if you have not been able to check in at least once daily.
