I’m going to switch smartphone providers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Other). What should I do now?

If you change carriers and your number stays the same, then you don’t need to do anything. Just make sure you have the application installed and running on your device at all times. If you change carriers and your number changes, you must contact your case manager and update them as soon as possible. If you do not complete check ins, there will be consequences as advised by your case manager.
