Guardian requires very little data to run daily. A user typically uses less than 100MB of data per month. The actual data requirement varies from one enrollee to the next and depends on the number of check ins you are required to complete. If you miss a lot of check ins, more check in are generated so try and respond as promptly as possible.
If you change carriers and your number stays the same, then you don’t need to do anything. Just make sure you have the application installed and running on your device at all times. If you change carriers and your number changes, you must contact your case manager and update them as soon as possible. If you do not complete check ins, there will be consequences as advised by your case manager.
Contact your carrier and report the device lost. Also, contact your case manager and advise them that your device is lost/stolen. Guardian will continue to work with a replacement device as long as the smartphone number remains unchanged. When you get your device replacement, go to the store and download Guardian and install. Then just log in as normal using your smartphone number and PIN. Contact your case manager if your smartphone has changed so they can update your account details.
